Tridel is the Greater Toronto Area's largest condominium builder, with roots dating back to 1934.
Founded by the DelZotto family, whose name reflects the three DelZotto brothers, Tridel has delivered tens of thousands of homes and today carries a portfolio of 45 communities across Toronto, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Markham, Mississauga and Richmond Hill.
Its projects span every sales stage, from planning to sold out, and range from around $699,000 to $2.3 million, with occupancies from 2018 through 2028. Notable communities include The Well Condos, Aqualuna Condos, Harbourwalk Condos, The Dupont Condos and MRKT Condos.
