About Beasley Park Lofts
Updated October 9, 2026
Beasley Park Lofts is a condo development by Stinson Properties Inc at 134 Cannon St E in Hamilton. Plans call for 450 suites.
Beasley Park Lofts was Stinson's plan to convert the historic Cannon Knitting Mills at 134 Cannon St E (at Mary St) in Hamilton into lofts. In 2021 the developer pledged the condos would be done within three years, but the conversion was never built.
In September 2025 the City of Hamilton declared the building unsafe and fenced it off. A tax sale started in October 2025 was cancelled in November 2025 when the owner paid the arrears, and property standards orders remained outstanding. In July 2026 a city staff report recommended that the mill be demolished.
