Elevate Condos 3 is a condo development by Elm Developments and Dorr Capital at 1333 Weber St E in Kitchener. Plans call for 622 suites over 4 storeys.
Elevate Condos 3 was one of the later towers planned at Elevate, the four-tower condominium community at 1333 Weber St E in Kitchener marketed by Pamata Hospitality. The project went into receivership on October 12, 2023 (KSV Restructuring, receiver), and on October 8, 2024 the court approved its sale to a group of Genesis Mortgage Investment Corp., Elm Acquisitions (Elm Developments) and Dorr Capital. The site is now called Weber Yards.
What happened to each tower: the first tower (Tower A) is finished and is now leasing as Circuit at Weber Yards; every purchase agreement for Tower B was disclaimed and the deposits returned; and the new owners assumed the Tower C pre-construction agreements. Nothing at Weber Yards is offered for sale today, and no sales release or completion date has been announced for the remaining towers.
