Condominiums at Square One District is the first residential tower of Square One District, the 130-acre master plan around Square One Shopping Centre, built by The Daniels Corporation with Oxford Properties and AIMCo. It stands at 395 Square One Drive, on the southeast corner of Confederation Parkway and Square One Drive in Mississauga City Centre.
The tower is occupying and still selling: Daniels and Oxford added three upper floors after the first release sold well, and those suites are on sale as Stak36, from the low $400s, with model suite tours available. Thirteen floor plans run from 520 sq ft one-bedrooms to an 872 sq ft two-bedroom + den, with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Stak36 owners also get the SQ1 District Access Club, which includes a $200 Square One gift card and invitations to resident and Square One events.
Amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a lounge with a fireplace that opens onto an outdoor terrace with gardening plots, a fitness studio, a half basketball court, a climbing wall, a dry sauna, a kids and parents zone with an outdoor play area, a media lounge, BBQs and co-working space with bookable meeting rooms.
Phase One pairs this tower with a 37-storey rental residence; Phase Two adds three more residential towers and community green space. Square One Shopping Centre and Celebration Square are at the door, Highways 403 and 401 are close, MiWay and GO buses stop nearby, and the Hazel McCallion Line (Hurontario LRT) will serve the area when it opens.
