The Clove Condos is a condo development by Mattamy Homes and QuadReal at 2 & 10 East Mall Crescent in Etobicoke. Plans call for 606 suites over 33 storeys. Its 15 floor plans range from 373 to 1,003 sq ft.
The Clove — the first condominium phase planned by Mattamy Homes and QuadReal at 2 & 10 East Mall Crescent, on the Cloverdale Mall lands in Etobicoke — has been cancelled. The developers called it off in 2025 after only about 10% of its roughly 606 homes had sold; Toronto Life reported that buyers' deposits are being refunded with interest.
The wider Cloverdale Mall redevelopment by QuadReal received City Council approval in February 2026 for a master plan of more than 5,500 homes, but no replacement condo release has been announced. If you had a deposit at The Clove, contact Mattamy Homes about your refund.
