About Woodside Square Condos
Updated October 11, 2026
Woodside Square Condos is a condo development by WSIM Group at 1571 Sandhurst Cir in Scarborough. Plans call for 2,555 suites. Sales have not launched yet, and registration is open for first access.
Woodside Square Condos is the condominium community planned on the parking lots of Woodside Square at 1571 Sandhurst Circle, by Finch Avenue East and McCowan Road in Scarborough. City Council approved the plan in October 2023: eight mixed-use buildings of 12 to 33 storeys with about 2,555 homes, including 216 seniors' units, plus two public parks of about 0.79 ha, a childcare facility and new public streets. The City's 2026 report lists all 2,555 homes as condominium.
Woodside Square itself stays open on its own block while the homes are built around it; the City's policy allows the mall to be partly or fully redeveloped in the long term. WSIM Group is behind the plan, and Graziani + Corazza Architects designed it.
The zoning by-law was passed in March 2024 with a holding symbol. In July 2026 City Council was told the City intends to approve the plan of subdivision: five development blocks, two parks, four public streets and the mall block. The hold must be lifted and site plan approval obtained before construction, and no sales launch has been announced.
The site has no subway, LRT or GO station today; the City notes McCowan Road may get bus or light rail rapid transit in the future. See the Woodside Square redevelopment page for the City's planning files and the timeline, and register with Royale Realty to hear first when these condos launch.
