Coming Soon projects have been announced but haven't opened for sale yet. This is the best window to register for Platinum VIP allocations - buyers who register early get first picks before the broker and public openings. Townhomes give buyers more space than a condo (typically 1,500–2,500 sq ft) and a private entrance, at a price point that sits between condos and detached homes. They're popular with growing families and investors targeting suburban demand.
