About Centrepoint Mall Condos

Updated October 19, 2026

Centrepoint Mall Condos is a condo development by Revenue Properties Company at 6464 Yonge St in North York. Sales have not launched yet, and registration is open for first access.

Centrepoint Mall Condos covers the planned redevelopment of Centerpoint Mall at 6464 Yonge Street, on the southwest corner of Yonge and Steeles in North York. The owners, Revenue Properties Company and Morguard Investments (the Morguard group), plan to replace the 14.6-hectare mall over several years with a new neighbourhood of seven development blocks around a large central park, with new streets and towers up to 55 storeys at Yonge and Steeles, stepping down to the south and west.

The Ontario Land Tribunal approved a settlement between the owners and the City in April 2025, adding a site-specific Official Plan policy for the mall lands. The owners' original 2021 proposal called for 22 buildings of 4 to 50 storeys and about 8,325 homes; the approved policy does not fix a unit total. As of the 2025 settlement no rezoning application had been filed, and one is needed before any building can proceed. No condo sales have been announced.

The mall stays open in the meantime. In June 2026 demolition of the former Hudson's Bay store at its east end began to make room for Steeles Station on the Yonge North Subway Extension (Line 1), planned at the site's northeast corner; no opening date has been published. Finch Station is about 1.5 km south.
