About Richmond Hill Grace Towns
Updated October 9, 2026
Richmond Hill Grace Towns — a 96-home townhouse community on Jefferson Side Road in Richmond Hill marketed by Grand Grace Developments — went into receivership on December 21, 2023. The court appointed Albert Gelman Inc. as receiver of the owners, 2011836 Ontario Corp. and Jefferson Properties LP, on the application of the lender, Cameron Stephens. About 79 of the homes had been pre-sold.
A May 27, 2024 court order allowed the receiver to terminate the freehold purchase agreements, and they were terminated. Tarion has said those buyers have no realistic prospect of recovering deposits through the receivership and should file Tarion deposit protection claims. Nothing is offered for sale.
