About Twelve Oaks Towns

Updated October 8, 2026

Twelve Oaks Towns is a townhome community by Sunny Communities at 301–349 King Rd & 115–119 Bond Cres in Richmond Hill. Prices start from $699,900. It is selling now.

Twelve Oaks Towns — Green City's townhome community at King Road and Bond Crescent, near Yonge Street in Richmond Hill — went into receivership in May 2025, when the court appointed Deloitte Restructuring as receiver after defaults on the project's construction loan. The plan was 115 homes: 42 condo stacked towns, 36 back-to-back towns, 33 traditional towns and 4 semi-detached homes.

In 2026 the Ontario Superior Court approved the sale of the site to Project Green Capital, part of Sunny Communities, which told the receiver it intends to continue the development. Sunny Communities now markets stacked, traditional and back-to-back towns on Bond Crescent as Bond — listed as Now Selling, starting from $699,900* (*price subject to change).

Bought at Twelve Oaks from Green City? The buyer took over only some of the original purchase agreements; the court terminated the rest and approved a deposit-return protocol. The receiver's notices to purchasers are posted on Deloitte's GC King Bond insolvency page, and Tarion says buyers whose agreements are terminated and whose deposits aren't refunded through the receivership can make a deposit protection claim.
