Bayview Village Condos 2 is a condo development by QuadReal at 2901 Bayview Ave in North York. Plans call for 344 suites over 20 storeys. Sales have not launched yet, and registration is open for first access.
Bayview Village is QuadReal's redevelopment of the Bayview Village shopping centre lands at Bayview Avenue and Sheppard Avenue East in North York. It has two parts: the North Block, now under construction, which QuadReal describes as about 430 rental homes including 14 affordable homes; and the South Village, still in planning.
In December 2025 QuadReal applied to raise the South Village's previously approved towers to 52 and 44 storeys with 1,074 units; the application is under review. Whether those homes will be condominiums or rentals hasn't been announced, and nothing is for sale yet.
