South Banks is a collection of coastal townhomes by DECO Homes and OPUS Homes at Lakeshore Road East and Hydro Road, inside Lakeview Village, the 177-acre master-planned community on Mississauga's Lake Ontario waterfront.
Phase 2 starts from $549,990*, with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes from about 930 to 1,460 sq ft. Every home sits above grade with two full baths: the single-level Azure (2 bed, 931 sq ft) from $549,990*, two-storey Coast (2 bed, opt. 3) homes from $669,990* and Drift End (3 bed, opt. 4) homes from $719,990*, and Coast and Drift Rooftop Terrace homes of up to 1,463 sq ft, with a private terrace on top, from $749,990*. The Phase 2 Grand Opening price list is out now, and worksheets are being accepted.
