Where approvals stand

City Council approved the site-wide Official Plan amendment in November 2024, then the Phase 1A amendment and rezoning for the first tower in April 2026 (By-laws 357-2026 and 358-2026). The tower's site plan application is under review.

The building will provide a total of 584 residential units, being a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom units. A paved access will be provided, leading to 2 levels of below-grade parking, providing a total of 79 parking spaces; as well as 202 bicycle parking spaces. The proposed development provides a total GFA of 38,736.20 square metres and a FSI of 6.4. Additionally, the proposed development provides 1,236.13 square metres of indoor amenity space and 948.04 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
